- Full Refund: If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- Late Cancellation / No-Show: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, as this time is held exclusively for you.
